Refunds, returns, and exchanges

• Orders made at AMINAJOHAN.COM are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery confirmation. Return requests for items purchased on sale must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. Items purchased as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Any damaged items may be declined a return or exchange.
• If your item is deemed defective in any way, please contact us with a photo and description of the defective piece and we will work towards a satisfactory resolution. Defective items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Product colors may vary due to device screen variances. If you are unsure of the color of an item, please contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
• Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of AMINA JOHAN, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. 
• We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
